HOW TO REGISTER
Please note that you do not need to register to attend the Friday night programme.
To register for the Saturday Conference:
1. Simply download your registration form via the link below
2. Complete all your details
3. Send your completed form back to the VISION Office either b:
email: synergy@visionministries.org.za or by fax: 086 523 5000
4. Please send proof of payment along with your registration form
5. You will receive confirmation of your registration by SMS or Email.
