VISION Ministries is committed to taking training that is specific in local church context to churches and leadership teams all over South Africa and beyond.

Whether your need is for a once off 2 hour workshop, a one-day training seminar or a weekend regional training event, the VISION Ministries team exists to serve your local church and will work with you prior to the event to tailor-make a training package that suits your specific requirements as well as ensuring that the material brought is contemporary and relevent to your local church, team and region.

Please note that should there be an area of interest that does not appoear, we will tailor-make a training session on that topic for you specifically. These lists are updated as often as possible as our experience, knowledge and training network also develops.
Training is available in a number of different topics ranging from the more theological aspects of worship, youth and children's ministry right through to some fundamentally practical tools such as vocal technique, developing leaders, how to write a vision statement for your ministry or song writing skills.

PROGRAMMES
Available for download are some formatting suggestions which may assist you in deciding what you feel may work for your specific training event.
The format of our training packages is able to be amended and adjusted according to your individual needs and specifications.
Many of the variables which influence the way a training programme should be formatted include:
- The length of time available for training
- The capacity of the venue being used for training
- The number of people attending the training programme
Suggested Programming Formats:
NO SET FEES
Generally speaking, we work on a primary rule that any expenses such as travel and accommodation should be reimbursed as well as an additional honorarium which is sown into the ongoing work of the ministry. None of our trainers take a 'salary' from the fee, hence we are able to keep our costs to a minimum.
PRICING STRUCTURE
VISION Ministries does not have a set fee structure for the training packages and services that we provide.
This is simply due to the fact that as a ministry, we recognise that each individual church faces equally individual financial circumstances and budgeting restraints.
As such, we have preferred to take a more flexible approach when it comes to the pricing of our training packages.

In light of the financial circumstances that most churches are finding themselves in due to today's flucuating economic climate, VISION Ministries does not stipulate an honorarium in any way. If your church is able to offer a contribution, we would welcome your generosity, however we strongly believe that finance or the lack thereof should never be the deciding factor. Our heart is to help you any way we can.

HOW TO BOOK
Once you have given these areas some thought and have a concept for your training package in mind, contact the VISION Office via telephone, email or fax detailing your request and we will work with you to confirm the details of your programme, content and training date.
Points to consider prior to booking your training:
1. What type of format would you like your training package to take?
2. What length of time would you like your training to take?
3. What do you perceive your team's particular training needs to be?
4. What outcomes would you like to see as a result of training?
5. Would you like your training package to be specific to your chuch or open to others?
6. What are the possible dates option for your training?

Should you require any assistance in ascertaining your training needs or conceptualising what you would like your training package to look like, we are happy to assist you in these areas and are able to make suggestions based on your perceived needs.
