VISION Ministries does not have a set fee structure for the training packages and services that we provide. This is simply due to the fact that as a ministry, we recognise that each individual church faces equally individual financial circumstances and budgeting restraints. As such, we have preferred to take a more flexible approach when it comes to our training pricing structure.

Generally speaking, we work on a primary rule that any expenses such as travel, accommodation and administration costs should be reimbursed as well as an additional honorarium portion of the fee which is sown into the ongoing work of the ministry. None of the trainers take a 'salary' from the fee, hence we are able to keep our costs to a more affordable level.

Once you have advised the VISION Office as to the kind of training you require, we will suggest a training fee that we feel is in line with your request and that fee wiull be influenced by factors such as the length and duration of the training programme, the number of people you require us to bring in our training team, the distance you require us to travel and so on. From that point we are completely open to negotiation and wherever possible will try to assist you by making training available at a price that both parties are comfortable with.

As a general indication, it has not been uncommon for VISION Ministries to receive the following in terms of payment:

1/2 day local training event:                        From R800 - R1500
Full day local training event:                        From R1500 - R2500
Full weekend training event:                       From R2000 - R5000

Again, it is important to note that after a package rate which is determined on a requirement basis has been suggested - all training fees are open to being negotiated on an individual basis, should flexibility be required.
